First 6 Priorities:
-Set common procedures and policies (hallway forms, bathroom 20/20 rule, student planner use, make-up and late work policies, agendas, homework center, academic honesty, and truancy. 
-Plan a community building event
-Perfect attendance luncheons every six weeks, other field trip ideas being discussed
-Open House (get letter sent to parents and returned, make phone calls)
-Reflecting on the success of our efforts  -Help students who need extra support and use resources at school 
-Establish communication with parents/homes
